There are two Townhome Lots in Phase 1 of Pacific Seawatch; Lots 31 and 32. These Townhomes have their own lots, but share a common wall on the property line between. The construction of these Townhomes will be completed by Nestucca Ridge Development, Inc.
The Townhome lots are available for purchase, subject to the purchaser entering into a Construction Contract with Nestucca Ridge Development, Inc. for a two bedroom, two bath plan with 1,596 square feet (not including the attached garage). The preliminary floorplans and elevations are included in this section. These Townhomes are scheduled for construction in late 2006 or early 2007.
The construction costs are estimated at approximately $200 per square foot, which would include moderate to high quality finishes, including an allowance for tile floors in entry, dining, kitchen and bathrooms, granite tile counter tops in the kitchen, propane fireplace with tile surround & slate hearth.
