Our plan is to construct a Community Club House of approximately 4,000 square feet with small pool, Jacuzzi tub, exercise room, locker rooms, a small office and a gathering room with kitchenette. This building is tentatively planned to be located near the entrance to Pacific Seawatch (Tract B), however the exact location has not yet been determined. The building will likely be two levels, with pool area and exercise on the main level, and office & gathering room on the lower level. Please see conceptual drawings for this building in this section. There is no guarantee that this building will be constructed at any specific time, although our current plan is to begin construction in early 2007.
We will need to apply for a Conditional Use permit from Tillamook County in order to build the Club House, and there is no guarantee that such a permit will be obtained.
The building, if approved by the County, will be constructed and paid for by the Developer. After completion, the facility will be deeded to the Homeowners’ Association, after which the operational expenses, management and maintenance expenses, landscaping & reserves to replace equipment & furnishings will become part of the HOA annual budget, which will be billed to the owners via HOA dues.
